Strategic Plan

Trentino Marketing is like a film director: they ensure that TBs, Consortiums, Pro Loco and the indispensable actors, the operators in the industry work together without any "hiccups" and delays to achieve the same ambitious objective.
The Strategic Plan provides the work thesis and the steps to be followed to face the challenges in the present and the future and new avenues to be explored. 

The cornerstones of the reform cut across the two organisational levels (central and territorial area) and can be identified as follows:

Adopting a logic of integrated strategic programming
Recognising the centrality of creating a valid tourism product
The transition from the Trentino web portal to a multimedia tool
The necessity of directing marketing activities towards strategic projects on a provincial scale
